Update for Beaches Action Group from Yasmin Catley MP
The letters below are forwarded to Beaches Action Group by Yasmin Catley's MP office. We are posting them here so that our members and Beaches Residents can see that we are actively seeking help from the State Government and NPWS to help improve access for emergency vehicles to Moonee Beach.
We are currently seeking an update from NPWS as to what is going on with the Moonee track coming down the hill to meet the South and North Moonee Beach access trails. Also updates regarding the progress to the northern beach access as well as the emergency vehicle access.
It is interesting to note that Ms Catley refers to the recent tragedies at the Pink Caves as an urgent priority, but the Ministers response seems to lack any commitment for funds to get work done in the area.
