Moone beach walkway - great you are widening the steps, but my brother who is an leg amputee will still find this beach inaccessible - he would need a handrail as would many others who find walking challenging on a walkway like this. Those who have no mobility issues don’t seem to consider those who do - can a handrail be considered?
