More meetings are underway

1)Discussions have been started re the garage shed at the cnr of Clarke & Montefiore streets to be donated to the community as a "mens shed" when development is finished.
2)Discussions about the donation of land at same site to be used as a marine memorial and "gateway" to CHB. ( a bit depends on what the council red tape is for the movement of marine relics - having said that it has been pointed out that they are not part of the donation of the land for the council heritage plans).
3)Discussions re the altering of the concept plans for the neighborhood shops and childrens playground (village green) and as to what configuration the shops will be to suit the community.
4)An interum pedestrian foot traffic access down Hale st till work gets started on.
•Whilst I mention Discussions a lot there is a lot more being done in the background to help cut the vast amount of RED TAPE to get these and other projects off the ground. A lot of work is being done with others ( not the Alliance ) to see these jobs get done for the community. Thank you all, Burt.
