The photos remain in the name of the photographer as the owner, if the owner of the photo wishes to have the photo or photos removed it will be up to the owner to remove them or ask the administrator to remove them for you.

The photos uploaded and displayed on this site must be owned and taken by the photographer uploading the photos.

All photos must be in good taste with no pornographic, sexual, explicit or prohibited material to be uploaded or published on this site, Beaches Action Group, Budding Photographers.

The admin of Beaches Action Group, Budding Photographers site has and reserves the right to remove any photo that is deemed by us that is found to be offensive, also the removal of the Photographer Member without any warning.
