Duchess Wave Indecent 1972

There have been some of us who have developed psychological problems associated with what happened back then, after the wave incident, some have been suffering PTSD as a result.
These symptoms have manifested also in later life but not entirely recognised, but just put aside into a too hard basket.
The new photos that have come to light, show how devastating
the wave actually was.
You must realise that this wave incident was not recognised by the RAN, nor did they believe it ever happened, until I published the photo some thirty years later.
If you have suffered PTSD from the effects of this wave, then fill out the information below as a record and if you need a copy of the photos as evidence, I will be happy to send a copy to you.

Even though this incident happened over forty five years ago, it was also rejected as never happened, with this evidence of new photos, which have come to light and the page from the Report of Proceedings, clearly stating by the Captain, Commander Sinclair, waves of alarming and dangerous size, and not to mention, there was a photograph already in the navy's possession.
In retrospect, this does appear to be a very serious cover up of a very serious event, that should have been recognised immediately. It is not only sad but disgusting, that those sailors who have been traumatised all these years by DVA's refusal to acknowledge this event, could have been resolved at the onset of their injuries.
